Combined CF100 drum filter with integrated bio chamber + pump chamber

On request, we can equip the filter with a submersible UVC and a pond pump according to your wishes. The function of the drum filter is to mechanically filter dirty water. The stainless steel RVS 316 screen with a size of 75 microns separates the smallest particles from the water and drains them out through the dirt drain. This filtration process is automatically regulated by the controller and monitored by probes. In the event of a malfunction, the filter automatically switches off the circulation and flushing pumps. The water level is constantly monitored by probes. The combined drum filter CF-100 is made of high-quality PP plastic and is supplied with a controller, emergency cover switch, manual flushing channel, complete piping from the flushing pump to the flushing channel, level controller, cover and built-in flushing pump at an unprecedented price/performance ratio. all inclusive

All drum filters are reinforced with a 50/50 U-profile and an inner core made of 40/40 square steel tubes.

Thanks to the direct drive from the motor to the drum, there is no wear of parts as with conventional drum filters (V-belts, toothed belts or plastic gears).

If the dirty water channel becomes clogged with filamentous algae or leaves, it is no problem to simply disassemble and clean it without dismantling the filter drum or removing the mesh.

A Japanese air hose (19 mm) is pre-installed in the two integrated biochambers (128 x 55.7 x 100 cm) for a better "moving bed" procedure for better turbulence HX 13/17. A 100-120 l/min diaphragm pump is required for this.

In addition, the biochamber was equipped with 8 mm slots for the insertion of the Helix HX13/17.

Please note the protected and unprotected surface of the HX13/17. Then the square meter of surface area for bacterial decomposition is calculated.

The CF-100 drum filter is available in both pump and gravity-fed versions. Even if you have a gravity-fed version, it can be converted to a pump-fed version in a few simple steps (if you need help with this, we are at your disposal).

It is recommended to provide the electrical connection of the control with a residual current device.

The controller should not be directly exposed to moisture.

Thanks to the use of deep well pumps, the flushing process is almost inaudible.

Please note that different performance data must be entered for the gravity version and the version with drum filter pump. For gravity version, the drum is almost always submerged up to the flushing channel. This means that almost the entire screen surface is used there. In the version with a pump, the water level in the drum is always lower and then accumulates according to the degree of contamination until the controller starts flushing. This means that in the version with a pump, there is a much smaller screen surface available and therefore also the flow rate. The basic rule is approximately 30-35% lower flow rate in the pump version, e.g. B. CF100 – flow rate under gravity 100m³/hour and in the pumped version 70m³/hour.
